Day jitter (± min)

Sampling Windows

Each window produces one sample per day, randomly placed within that window.

TipDay jitter

Day jitter shifts all sampling windows by a random offset each day. This helps avoid “dead zones” — times between windows that would never be sampled.

Set to 0 to disable jitter. To eliminate dead zones entirely, set jitter ≥ half the gap between your windows.
